SPANISH COVE CIVIC IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION

                                                                                                                                                           April 28, 2010

Dear Spanish Cove neighbor,

Our neighborhood is unique…that is why we all live here !!!  We are a small, friendly neighborhood with large lots, and we own a Marina on the largest lake near Houston.

As you know, the mandatory annual Spanish Cove assessment is set at $60.00 per lot.  It has been the same since our neighborhood began in 1970….. 40 years ago !! Since the beginning of our neighborhood, we have  been strong financially under the leadership of many boards, including the current board.  All Spanish Cove Civic Improvement Corporation expenses and necessary maintenance are paid with your annual dues. We work hard to stretch this amount throughout the year.

In an effort to provide even more community improvements, and enhance our special events such as the Junior Fishing Tournament (April), Fun in the Sun (June), Fourth of July Parade, End of Summer party (August), Halloween Hayride (October) and rounding out the year with Holiday Cheer Party (December), we need your help.  You can help make your neighborhood even better with your donation and by being a volunteer.

Add your donation to the annual assessment check.  For example, if you check should be $60.00 and you want to donate $30.00 make your check out for $90.00.  Any donation amount will be appreciated. With extra dollars, we can continue to have special events for our children, grandchildren and ourselves.  We can also continue to improve our Marina and front entrance, making our neighborhood even better.  You can send in your donation now by adding it to your annual assessment check, you can give your donation to any Board member or you can send a separate check, made out to SCCIC, to P. O. Box 713, Huffman, Texas 77336.

If you would like to volunteer to help improve our neighborhood, please contact any board member.  All board members are volunteers and they, along with the community, would appreciate your help.  Please visit your Spanish Cove website at www.spanishcovelakehouston.com for more information about  your community and upcoming special events.

Thank you for your support,

Your Spanish Cove Civic Improvement Corporation Board
